Beyond Mentorship Foundation is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people to confidently enter and thrive in the  the different aspects of life. We believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity and guidance are not always equally accessible.

Our Mission is to bridge that gap by connnecting youth with experienced mentors, particulary in the aviation industry and other professional fields. Through mentorship, exposure, and practical guidance where  young individuals discover career pathways up-skill, re-skill, build constructive and meaningful relationships.
